Just a quick note to inform you of some recent changes to our postal rates.

 

Australia Post have recently increased their charges, and to keep in line with these, we have made some adjustments to ours.

 

Where postage was  $1.00, it is now $1.10 (orders up to 87g herb weight). 
                                $1.45, it is now $1.65 (orders up to 205g herb weight).

                                $2.45, it is now $2.75 (orders up to 410g herb weight).

 

Larger orders simply use multiples of the above rates. 

 

Keep in mind that for orders over 410g herb weight, the order will post as 2 separate mailings. This allows the order to still be sent at large letter rates - which are relatively inexpensive and do not vary with distance. To send an order over 410g herb weight (the maximum weight for a large letter) as 1 mailing, it would attract parcel rates which are much higher and have an additional distance loading.

 

Large letter, rather than parcel, mailings also mean your herbs will fit into a standard sized letterbox slot, potentially saving you or your patient a trip to the post office.

 

The flat charge for express post (next business day delivery) is now $5.50 and is available for orders up to 410g herb weight.

 

As you are placing an order you can click on Calculate Cost at any time (as long as there is a dose next to each herb in your formula and a figure in the Days box) to view the postage cost for your order.
