Where to find help

Posted On 04-08-2008

We hope you have had a chance by now to log into the website and are getting to know your way around.

When you log in for the first time, we recommend that you take the time to read the detailed ‘Information’ pages found within the practitioner pages of the site. These pages can be accessed by selecting ‘Information’ from the top menu. Working through these will explain in detail all the functions of the website.

There are also a number of help buttons dotted around the site – these are small blue circles with question marks in the centre. These provide help information specific to that page or area.

One of the most helpful help buttons is in the top right hand corner on the ‘Construct Formula’ page. It provides a step-by-step guide on how to place an order.

Help and information pages open as separate pages so you can access them without losing your work. To print any of these help topics, just highlight the text then copy (Ctrl c) and paste (Ctrl v) into Word.

Despite all the help information provided in the site, we appreciate that sometimes you just want to talk to someone! Please call or email us any time – we are more than happy to answer any questions, talk you through your first (or second or third) order, or just listen to your feedback.
