The Importance of Quality Assurance

In addition to exhibiting at the conference, Chris will be presenting on the role of quality assurance in Chinese herbal dispensing today. As you may know we are the only dispensary in the country to hold a Therapeutic Goods Administration licence to manufacture therapeutic goods, and as such are governed by the Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice. This means that our quality control procedures are extensive, thorough, water tight and regularly audited. From the selection of a supplier, through to transport, testing, dispensing, packaging and labelling (to name just a few areas), processes are carefully designed and assessed to ensure that only the highest quality product reaches our customers'' patients.
