Cancelling or amending a placed order

If you have placed an order, then realised it contains a mistake such as:

  • wrong herb or missing herb
  • omission of a measuring spoon
  • wrong postal address
  • wrong postal type, etc.
let us know as soon as you can. Either give us a call or email dispensary@theherbbooth.com.au.
 
If you need to cancel we can do so provided we have not begun processing the order. In such a situation, we would simply cancel the order and provide you with a refund.
 
Likewise if you need to make an amendment that involves a change to the herbs in the order, including a change of dose or number of days, we can only do so provided we have not begun processing the order. To make the change, we would need to cancel the order and provide you with a refund. You would then place another order with the correct ingredients and quantities.
 
If the amendment to the order is the addition of a measuring spoon, or a change of postal address or postal type, we can make those changes regardless of whether the order has been processed, and provided it has not already been posted, up until 5.00pm on weekdays and 2.00pm on Saturdays.
 
Calling is the most efficient way of alerting us to a problem. Alternatively please email dispensary@theherbbooth.com.au.
