Convenient
Our easy to use website allows you to construct, order and pay for your formulas online, whenever it suits – 24/7. No bulk purchases required. Simply order what you want when you want.
We post orders either to you, or directly to your patient. Formulas are packed into flat, heavy duty plastic pouches, and sent in envelopes as “large letters”, reducing the need for inconvenient trips to the post office.
The information section of the practitioner pages tells you everything you need to know about navigating the site and placing your first order, but if you’d prefer us to talk you through any aspect of the website or ordering process, just give us a ring and our friendly staff will be happy to help.
Reliable
We appreciate that your patients need their herbs as soon as possible after you consult with them. That’s why we commit to the following service levels:

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispensed and posted on the same business day (Monday to Saturday).

Orders placed after 2pm will be dispensed and posted on the same business day if at all possible, but at latest they will be dispensed and posted the following business day.
Every order is treated as urgent – we understand the importance of your patients starting or continuing their treatment without delay.
We keep close to 400 common, premium and specialty herbs catering for all schools and specialties of practice. This means you can confidently prescribe with the knowledge that your patient is getting exactly what they need, without the limitation of what’s on your shelf. If we don’t currently stock a herb that you would like to use, let us know and we will do our best to source it.
Work on Saturdays? So do we. Place your order before 2pm on Saturday and your patient could be taking their first dose as soon as Monday afternoon (see ‘Postage’ for further information on estimated delivery times/costs).
Quality Assured
The Herb Booth is Australia’s first and only quality assured Chinese herbal medicine dispensary. We hold a current licence to manufacture therapeutic goods with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).
Our licence is your assurance that every step in the preparation and handling of your prescriptions is done in accordance with the Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice for Medicinal Products.
Our suppliers are selected and qualified according to strict criteria, and each ingredient is closely monitored that it conforms with strict species identification and testing specifications.
Onsite, every aspect of production and site maintenance is tightly controlled meaning you can order confident in the knowledge that only the highest quality standards are maintained.
